Soft material and really cute. It's surprisingly a dark blue and not black background as I thought. Im 5'2, 135, small bottom and larger top..I had to roll over the top as the skirt is really long. I ordered the one size fits all and besides the length which was easily fixed with the roll over it fit great. Material is really soft. Will be perfect for my upcoming Holy Land cruise where I'll need to dress modestly for.
